Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Safari Under The Sky. Before proceeding with any bookings or engaging in our tour services, we kindly ask that you read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings require a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the tour start date.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
  • Bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible via email at info@safariunderthesky.com.
  • Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the tour start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days prior to the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date will not be refunded.

3. Travel Insurance

  • All clients are required to have adequate travel insurance before the tour. The insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal accident, and loss or damage of personal belongings.
  • Safari Under The Sky is not responsible for any personal injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during the tour.

4. Changes to Itineraries

  • We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.
  • In the case of significant changes, we will inform you as early as possible and provide alternative options where applicable.

5. Liability

  • Safari Under The Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay resulting from any act or omission of any party, including third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, or transport companies.
  • Clients participate in all activities at their own risk. We advise all clients to follow the guidance of our tour guides and staff at all times for their safety.

6. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the end of the tour.
  • Clients must obtain the necessary visas and vaccinations required for entry into Tanzania.
  • Safari Under The Sky is not responsible for any delays, expenses, or inconveniences caused by failure to meet these requirements.

7. Force Majeure

  • Safari Under The Sky will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, or natural disasters.

8. Complaints and Disputes

  • If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform your tour guide or contact us immediately via info@safariunderthesky.com or call +255 784 885 761.
  • Any disputes or claims shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Safari Under The Sky reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to their tour.
